Refund policy

1. Our Philosophy

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Each bottle is crafted for personal use and cannot be resold once opened or handled.


2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Preference of scent, texture, or results
  • Used or opened products

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

In line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Arrives damaged, leaking, or defective
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is not of acceptable quality

If this occurs, we will offer (at our discretion, in line with ACL):

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

 

4. Reporting an Issue

To request a remedy, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may request return of the item where appropriate.

 

5. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in their original condition where possible

We reserve the right to deny claims where misuse is evident

 

6. Shipping Costs

If the product is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs

For all other cases, returns are not accepted

 

7. International Orders

For customers outside Australia:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • If a product is faulty, please contact us and we will assess your claim in line with applicable consumer laws

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import restrictions.

 

8. Misuse

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Improper use
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly disclosed
